2. Description of the Service

Tunlookup is a translation application designed to facilitate quick and convenient translations through keyboard shortcuts. The application is available on both macOS and Windows platforms and is intended to improve productivity by saving time and effort in translation tasks.

3. No Account Required

Tunlookup does not require users to create an account. You may download and use the application without providing personal information. We do not collect or store any personal data or information from users during the use of the Service, except for dictionary data stored in the cloud for backup purposes.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tunlookup grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Service on your personal devices (macOS or Windows) solely for your personal use.

5. Payment Terms

We use Paddle payment system for our checkout process and help us to prevent fraud or flag suspicious transactions. Based on our agreement with Paddle, Paddle is not allowed to use users’ information for their own purposes and may only transfer this information to third parties where required by law, or where such third parties process information on Paddle’s behalf. Paddle is registered as a data controller with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Their data protection reference number is ZA152280. 6. Refund Policy

Tunlookup offers a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase or no longer wish to use the Service. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to violating intellectual property rights or distributing malware.
  • Share, distribute, or sublicense the Service without the prior written consent of Tunlookup.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion if you violate any part of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tunlookup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tunlookup, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the Service or any violation of these Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
